We’ve been designing and building heavy industrial equipment like Truck Dumpers, Hoppers, and large Telescopic Hydraulic Cylinders for decades. We didn’t stop there, we also developed Landfill Tippers, Semi-Portable Dumpers, Container Dumpers, and Corn Hoppers. Every truck dumper is completely manufactured at the Phelps’ plant located in Little Rock, Arkansas and is fabricated by a team that builds truck dumpers every day so that the experience of these employees result in the highest quality construction.
